Temperature matters!
From January 26-30, 2026, Stefan Heckel-Reusser and Dr. Hüseyin Sahinbas visited the BT Biological Medicine Clinic (BTK) in Baku. The occasion was the delivery of the first heckel-HT3000 whole-body hyperthermia device to Azerbaijan. During the week, five fever-range treatments were conducted jointly with a highly dedicated team of doctors and nurses as part of the training.
In the first days of January 2026, we installed a heckel-HT3000 whole-body hyperthermia system at the Kompton Anti Aging Clinic in Taichung / Taiwan together with our esteemed local representative Hirohito Hankyo (Company HOSHI).
The International Congress on Hyperthermic Oncology (ICHO) is a common event of the academic hyperthermia societies STM (Society for Thermal Medicine, North America), ESHO (European Society for Hyperthermic Oncology) and ASHO (Asian Society for Hyperthermic Oncology) and takes place every four years while each society organizes an annual meeting in its continent.
In December 2024, we delivered - together with our esteemed exclusive Korean partner BiomediSyn - a heckel-HT3000 whole-body hyperthermia system to the BS General Hospital in Incheon / Korea.
The recent Annual Meeting of ESHO (European Society for Hyperthermic Oncology), November 6-8, 2024, showcased significant developments in hyperthermic oncology, with particular emphasis on combined treatment protocols and technical and clinical quality assurance.
